The wonderful Villa Apollonia is built on a plot of land of 11.000 m2 surrounded by olive, pomegranate, and fig trees and cultivates its own vineyard as well as a small aromatic plants garden. The construction was based on the principles of bioclimatic architecture, respecting the environment and traditional architecture.
Villa Description
The beautiful Villa Apolonia has 4 bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.
The main house has a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and
three master bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have a sea view and direct access to the beach which is only steps away!
In the outdoor area, the swimming pool with a shaded lounge area is ideal for relaxing moments. Furthermore, there is a bar and another lounging area outside the bedrooms. The outdoor shaded dining area for 10 people is next to the pool. Only steps away guests enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear waters of one of the most renowned beaches of Paros island, named ‘Chrysi Akti’.
There is also a guest house next to the main house which is comprised of one ensuite
bedroom and a dressing room.
